- Processing Fees:
Packages under USD 100.00 will incur a fee of JMD 250, and packages with invoices exceeding USD 100.00 will incur a fee of JMD 900 Packages weighing 14 pounds and over attract a handling fee of JMD $1900.00.
- Storage Fee
After the 14 days, a daily storage fee of 250 will be charged for each additional day that your goods remain in our warehouse. This policy is in place to ensure that we can continue to provide efficient service and accommodate all customers. We'd like to ask that you arrange for the prompt pickup or delivery of your items to avoid additional charges. - Is there a membership fee?
- There is no membership fee. You only pay for the services you use.
- How often do you have flights?
- We have flights from the U.S. 4x per week.
- How often you have sea freight?
- We have freight by sea once per week
- When do customs fees apply?
- Customs fees are only charged on packages valuing $100 USD or higher.
- What are restricted items?
- Toy guns, pepper spray, any form of weapons including swords, guns, ammunition, radar detectors, unprocessed meat, live animals, firecrackers, explosives, lighters and matches, camouflage, cash etc.
